Room Boy                   : Excuse me, Sir. I am Darmada from Housekeeping. Are you Mr. Joe Adi?

Guest                           : Yes, you are right.

Room Boy                   : Alright Mr. Adi, Would you like to have a turn down service in your room?

Guest                           : What is turn down service?

Room boy                   : Turn down service is a hotel service to clean and to refresh your room in the evening, Mr. Adi by clean and tidy your room up, replenish the room and bathroom amenities, water and turn on the electric mosquito oil.

Guest                           : Oh, alright.

Room Boy                   : May I do it now Mr. Adi?

Guest                           : Yes please. Well, anyway can I get 5 bottles extra water ?

Room Boy                   : Sure, I will set them up after I finish to prepare your bed.

Guest                           : Ok thank you

Room Boy                   : Excuse me Mr. Adi, I have finished. And I’ve already set up 5 bottles extra water on the table. Is there anything else?
